Slow and steady wins the race. This well known moral tale has been told many times with different look and feel. The moral of this story is to convey the message that lazyness leads to defeat and not to underestimate one's strength and abilities. At the end of the story Rabbit and Tortoise becomes friends and celebrates their friendship day with eating of their favorite dish carrots. Hence the short title "Carrot Party".
